A correct and precise cutting of fabrics is the first and basic step in making a clothing item.
Once the dress pattern as well as the pattern grading have been checked out, our Cutting Department is ready to set to work.
Manufacturing is the second step, the actual creation of the garment. During this phase it is possible to add particular details to the item, thanks to specific manufacturing processes: although some machines are used during this part of production, it is always the craftsmanship that makes the difference in the final result.
Once the garment is ready, the manufacturing process is completed in the Ironing Section.
After the final testing and the quality control of the finished product, the product can be delivered to the customer, within a scheduled and reasonable deadline.
Thanks to the cooperation with the most important luxury clothing brands, Gaia Confezioni has been specializing in some particular and sophisticated craftsmanship processing. Excellent manual skills and a gift for handicraft are the secrets of this unique manufacturing, considering that the only tools used during this phase are a needle and thread.
