Our machine set is constantly updated and checked with maintenance operations. At the same time, our operators are trained to improve the assets at their disposal, in order to achieve the best results.
In our company we have adopted the CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) system, with software and computer graphics that can support our design activities.
Thanks to the CAD design technology we can make:
Fabric marking is made by hand using templates (dime). This is a way to achieve a more precise and controlled result, getting a work calibrated with millimeter precision. This process is particularly useful for the design of fine and delicate garments.
We have kept the Cutting processes as a support to the industrial production, in order to give a prompt reply to our customers’ requests, even to the most complex and specific ones.
We use state-of-art machines for fabric bonding: thanks to their technology, we can work at lower temperatures with a shorter working time, neutralizing in this way the static charges of fabrics.
À jour is a classic machine with a special embroidery system, used in making the famous à jour stitch (hemstitch). Dragging the fabric under the punches, our workers can process it thanks to the help of this tool.
A schedulable machine, able to realize over 50 different types of stitches, such as the zigzag stitch, the picot stitch, the T- stitch and inlays.
Our buttonholes machines help us creating buttonholes of different sizes and embroidered eyelets, perfect for the creation of garments able to meet all the different and more creative needs of our customers.
Using the AMF (Advanced manufacturing technology) machine, we can reach a perfect tailoring quality, on an industrial scale.
Ascolite machine is used for the button heat sealing.

Our Design department has 18 different mannequins, equipped with well-defined features that meet the precise requirements of each brand we work for.
The dress forms were made following the sizing and fitting of each specific brand. In this way, we can create perfect clothing items respecting the requirements of each specific brand of fashion industry.
